In this video, the presenter describes an early marriage as a marriage that includes a child. He highlights who a child is according to the constitution of Uganda. He further explains the causes of early marriages, problems encountered in early marriages and how early marriages can be condemned or stopped in our home areas. He challenges young girls to avoid getting married while still under age due to the many problems involved. He further advises young girls and people in the community to report to authorities any case of child marriage.
This video enables students to learn much about early marriages but most importantly how to avoid early marriages and help those who are challenged by the same.
