Description

Dr. Alibaku once again is giving tips on how to care for your teeth through eating. He mentions the best foods you can eat to keep your teeth strong by giving some examples of foods rich in vitamin C which is very necessary for the strength of the teeth. On the other hand, he names foods that are not good for our teeth. Foods that destroy our teeth include sweets, chocolates and soda which lead to the decay of our teeth.

Therefore, after watching this video, people should be in position to differentiate between food types that build their teeth and those that lead to their teeth decay. We should also have learnt the importance of brushing our teeth every after a meal.
